Kushiyage Shimpei Umeda is a creative kushikatsu restaurant in Doyamacho, Umeda. It serves skewers of natural tiger prawn, A5 Black Wagyu, seasonal vegetables, and seafood, with salt, dashi soy sauce, and mustard sesame sauce matched to each ingredient. The restaurant is about a five-minute walk from Umeda Station, and each ordered skewer is fried one at a time and served until the customer stops. Seating is counter-only.
