Kitashinchi Sushi Magwang in Osaka serves a sushi omakase. The course pairs horse meat dishes with ingredients such as squid and uni, served alongside recommended sake. In the later part of the course, raw horse meat hoe and horse meat shabu-shabu arrive, and the shabu-shabu is eaten with the Japanese vegetable mizuna. The sushi section includes otoro, striped jack, and konoshiro.
