Kita-Shinchi Sushi Senkodou

Kitashinchi Sushi Senkodou is an omakase restaurant in Osaka's Kitashinchi that serves aged fish sushi and sashimi, close to Umeda. The chef forms pieces such as tuna and raw shrimp one after another at the counter, and sea urchin and salmon roe temaki appear in the middle of the meal. At lunch, the meal starts with a 10-piece set, and additional sushi can be ordered. The shari has a strong vinegar acidity.
