Inase Sushi

Inase Sushi is a sushi shop run by an elderly couple on the basement first floor of Umeda Sky Building in Osaka. It serves sushi topped with aged fish and thick neta, and the wasabi is left out on request. Each piece of sushi is made to order, and around 7:30 on Saturday evening the empty seats turn into a full house. Food takes a while to arrive after ordering, so allow plenty of time for the meal.
