IN DISH / KITTE Osaka serves Italian dishes made with Japanese ingredients, on the 5th floor of KITTE Osaka, directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station. It grills Kuroge Wagyu, fish and vegetables over Kishu binchotan charcoal, mixing seasonal Japanese ingredients and herbs into full Italian cooking. On a weekday at 6:30 pm the seats were almost full, and the open kitchen counter looks directly onto the charcoal cooking. The unlimited drink course does not include beer.
