Human Beings Everybody Noodles Premium is on the far end of the second basement floor of Lucua, directly beneath Osaka Station. It serves shoyu-based ramen with noodles that are thicker and chewier than udon, topped with thick chashu and egg. An English menu and Korean-speaking staff are available for ordering. The shoyu broth and soft-boiled egg are on the salty side.
