HAYATO

HAYATO is a Japanese restaurant in Oyodo, Kita Ward, Osaka, serving fugu and hamo hot pot and hoe. The menu centers on fugu hot pot and hamo, with katsuo tataki, eel and goya champuru served alongside Japanese sake and soju, and the drink list is long. Orders can be placed by asking the head chef for a recommendation or as an omakase course, and the fugu hot pot is eaten while the head chef explains it. The head chef, who runs the restaurant, was the first apprentice at Hongmae Sushi.
