Hakata Butasoba Tsukiya is a ramen shop in Kitashinchi and Nishi-Umeda in Osaka that serves clear tonkotsu ramen and shoyu ramen. Its signature dish, butasoba, uses a broth without cloudiness and extremely thin noodles, and the noodle firmness can be chosen. The interior is clean and has posters related to Kitashinchi, and a large shumai can be ordered alongside. Adding kabosu from Oita makes the broth more refreshing.
