DOSANJIN in Hanshin Umeda

Dosanhin Hanshin Umeda is on the 9th floor of the Hanshin Department Store Umeda main building, near Umeda Station and Osaka Station. It serves stone-milled, hand-cut soba, with the seiro and shrimp and vegetable tempura set as the signature order. The soba has a glossy finish and a chewy texture, and the tempura batter comes out crisp. The dipping broth is Kanto-style, dark and small in quantity, and the soba-yu after the meal is thick and strong.
