CENTRUM Grill & Wine is a grill restaurant on the second floor of Hilton Osaka in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka. It serves steak and French courses, typically pairing Australian beef steak with lobster bisque, salad, and dessert, and Australian beef dishes are offered separately in the evening. At lunch, a course lets diners choose steak from four mains and have afternoon tea alongside it, with five kinds of dessert served. Steak can be ordered medium or medium rare.
