BRISK STAND UMEDA is on the first floor of JAM BASE re:Dine in the North Building of Grand Front Osaka, near Umeda Station. It serves hamburgers made with 100% domestic beef. The signature cut burger is made by cutting the bun and patty, pressing the cut sides onto a griddle and cooking them twice, then adding caramelized onions and cheese. Mobile ordering and payment are handled together through a QR code, and right after opening you can walk in without waiting.
