Uopuku

Kaisen Sakaba Uopuku is an izakaya near Umeda Station in Osaka that serves seafood dishes. Its signature dish is miso oyster nabe, and fish caught in-house are prepared as sashimi, fried, or simmered. The live-fish hoe is sliced to order rather than aged, giving it a chewy texture. Side dishes arrive first while drinks come out late, and ordered food is also delayed for a long time.
