Kin Sushi

Kinzushi is a sushi restaurant a five-minute walk from Sapporo Bus Center Mae Station, serving aged fish and Hokkaido seafood. It centers on 12-piece and 16-piece omakase courses, with some pieces pre-seasoned with salt or other seasoning so they are eaten without soy sauce. The restaurant has been in operation for over 90 years, and at the counter the staff explain the menu and the sushi in English and ask about rice portion size first. Sushi is served one piece at a time, and a meal takes about an hour.
