rain bake shop(レインベイクショップ)

Rain Bake Shop is a baked-goods shop selling scones and pound cakes made with Hokkaido ingredients, located inside the ticket gates of JR Sapporo Station. Its Hokkaido milk scone contains fresh cream, so the inside stays soft without reheating, and the pound cakes are cut and wrapped individually. Hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with no closing days and no reservations. There is a seating area inside the shop, which also sells madeleines and rice-flour pound cakes.
