Dosanko Plaza Sapporo is a specialty goods shop selling Hokkaido products and souvenirs, located across from the JR platform to the right of Sapporo Station's west ticket gate. At the entrance, visitors can try dashi shio soft serve containing pieces of kombu, and choose milk labeled with its pasteurization method, temperature, and time. One side of the store has a standing corner for Hokkaido wine, sake, whisky, and craft beer, where customers pay at the adjacent register and receive their drink. The shop carries room-temperature and frozen products, sells Northman items individually, and offers regional shipping.
