Wangsimni fire giblets

Wangsimni Bulgopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Hankuk University of Foreign Studies that serves pork makchang and boneless chicken feet. The salt-grilled and marinated cuts are cooked over charcoal, leaving the outside crisp and the inside chewy. The makchang arrives fully cooked, so little work is needed at the table, and the shop has a restroom inside. The marinated makchang and the kimchi fried rice are on the salty side.
