Seoul Gaya Milmyeon

Seoul Gaya Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant in the Dongwon Market alley near Myeonmok Station in Seoul. It serves mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon along with yangji tang, tteok mandu guk, and seoksoe bulgogi. The Teukmi Gaya Milmyeon comes sajake, between mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon, and can be eaten with mustard and vinegar. Four side dishes and warm broth are self-served, the shop is clean, and the noodles stay chewy.
