Ppari Jjamppong is a Chinese restaurant in Taereung Market in Junghwa-dong, Seoul, serving meat jjamppong, seafood jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The meat jjamppong uses a chicken-bone broth scented with shiitake mushrooms, the noodles are soft fresh noodles, and the tangsuyuk is stir-fried without sauce. The small dining room has around five tables and is run by a single cook, so food takes about 30 minutes to come out. The long wait line means a meal can take over an hour.
