Kim Siu Sushi

Gimsiu Chobap is a neighborhood sushi shop near Junghwa Station in Seoul that serves sushi and udon. The specialty set and soba noodles can be ordered as well. Lines form before the 11:30 AM Saturday opening, and because there are not many tables, customers take a number. During lunch hours, table turnover is slow, which makes the wait longer.
