Jinmigag

Jinmigak is a Chinese restaurant next to Dongwon Market in Myeonmok-dong, Seoul, serving ganjjajang, jjamppong, and gunmandu. The gunmandu are made in-house, with a chewy wrapper around pork and buchu, grilled so the juices stay inside. Two people run the place, and while jjaengbanjjajang is usually ordered for two or more, here a single portion is available. It gets busy at mealtimes.
