Jangwon Gopchang

Jangwon Gopchang is a restaurant in the Jungnang-gu area of Seoul that serves vegetable gopchang and gopchang bokkeum. The gopchang bokkeum is a menu item eaten for an old-fashioned, nostalgic taste. It is known as a long-standing shop in the gopchang alley, with visitors who have come for 20 years. The taste is less than before and the freshness of the gopchang is lacking.
