Iju So Gopchang

Ijuso Gopchang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves beef small intestine. The mixed platter includes gopchang, daechang, makchang, and yuchang, and diners finish the meal with fried rice and chive muchim. The gopchang has no gamey smell, and the liver and cheonyeop are rich without a fishy taste. The wait is at least 30 minutes and can run to an hour.
