Halmae Bossam

Halmae Bossam is a restaurant in Seoul’s Sagajeong area serving bossam and gul bossam. Ojingeo can be added to kimchi bossam, and memiljeon and budae-jjigae are also on the menu. The dishes come with kimchi and muchae, and memiljeon can be ordered separately. The bossam pork is firm and dry rather than tender.
