Gopchang Sajuneun Oppa

Gopchang Sajuneun Oppa is a restaurant in Seoul that specializes in grilling beef gopchang (grilled intestines). The gopchang is cut large in an old-fashioned style, thick and full of marrow, with almost no fat. Saenggan and cheonyeop are served alongside, and the meal can be finished with cheese bokkeumbap. There is no soup menu to go with soju.
