Gogitjip Boeun

Gogitjip Boeun in Sangbong is a pork restaurant serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), whole pork collar, and whole pork jowl. The samgyeopsal has little fat and a pronounced meaty aroma, while the pork collar is cut thick to keep in juice and moisture. The owner grills the meat, which takes about 15 minutes, and the doenjang jjigae is seafood-based, clean and spicy. For both the first order and additional orders, at least two people must order the same menu item.
