Gobau Saenggogi is a neighborhood barbecue restaurant in Seoul. It grills pork ribs, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and pork collar over charcoal, and serves sulbap made by boiling rice in doenjang jjigae and iced yeolmu noodles. The owner makes the banchan and pa-kimchi served with the meal. The meat has no gamey smell and a chewy texture.
