Gagopa Seolleongtang is an old restaurant in Seoul that serves seolleongtang, dogani-tang, and gopchang jeongol. It opened in 1972 near the main gate of Hyewon Girls' High School in Jungnang-gu. The gopchang jeongol is boiled in a milky bone broth with minced garlic, perilla leaf, and chewy noodles, and rice is stir-fried in the pot at the end. There is no parking lot, so cars must be parked on the street.
