Dr. Hwang Jokbal

Hwangbaksa Wangjokbal is a neighborhood restaurant selling jokbal on the main road between Sagageori Station and Myeonmok Station. The jokbal comes out with a chewy texture, and the mustard vegetable salad is another menu item people order alongside it. The jokbal is boiled on the first floor, where takeout and payment are handled, and the dining hall is on the second floor. The lean meat is dry, and there is little meat attached to the bone.
