The first floor holds hats, bags, and accessories, while the second floor is mostly clothing, and customers can try on caps by color. For an item you want, you ask a staff member to register it, then receive a new product and pay for it, and a receipt for airport processing is issued if you request duty-free. Repeated rude staff responses toward foreign customers are a drawback.
