Yoake

Yoake is a Japanese ramen restaurant near Sindang Station in Seoul that serves shio ramen and shoyu ramen. The shio ramen comes with a clear, rich chicken broth and an ajitama, and the shoyu ramen is served in a soy sauce broth that is not salty. Customers first join a remote wait through CatchTable and then wait on site before entering. There are only single counter seats, and each bowl is cooked after ordering, so turnover is slow and the wait is long.
