Umochon

Umo Chon is a soba restaurant in Namdaemun Market in Seoul that serves naeng momil, udon, and jjolmyeon. The naeng momil combines a clean broth with chewy noodles, and the set meal adds three small inari sushi. After paying in advance at the second-floor dining area up a narrow staircase, diners get water and side dishes themselves and pick up their food at their seat. At lunch, arriving even slightly late can mean waiting with no table available.
