Uiljip

Uiljip sits in an alley in Euljiro 3-ga, between tool shops, and grills gopchang and daechang in the evening. The gopchang is grilled to a bitter, nutty finish. Kalguksu and naejangtang are served only at lunch, with kalguksu available until 2 p.m., and seonji soup comes as the basic broth. After 6:30 p.m. the place gets crowded, and the shop and the alley are narrow.
