Its signature shoyu ramen pairs a clean broth with aged soy aroma, thin noodles, chashu, menma, and egg. On weekdays around 1 p.m. you can walk in without waiting, and orders placed at the kiosk in front of the kitchen are brought to your table. During the lunch peak, the wait line runs long.
