Sushi Cho

Sushi Jo is a high-end sushi restaurant on the 20th floor of the Westin Josun Hotel near City Hall in Seoul, serving aged hoe and sushi. The dinner omakase runs for about two hours and includes tuna, uni, and golden threadfin bream sushi, followed by tsumami and a monaka dessert. The lunch omakase is not on the menu and must be requested in advance, and seating is divided into rooms, a hall, and a counter. The strong vinegar taste of the red vinegar shari divides opinion.
