Palsun

Palseon is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul Shinla Hotel in Seoul that serves high-end Chinese dishes including buddha jumps over the wall and shark fin. Buddha jumps over the wall is regarded as Palseon's signature dish, and the jjamppong has a strong shrimp flavor. For the Peking duck, only the skin is carved and wrapped in thin pancakes, while the remaining meat is ordered as fried or stir-fried dishes. The Peking duck's lean meat is on the dry side.
