obang tongdak

Obang Tongdak is a chicken restaurant near Sindang Station in Seoul that serves electric-roasted whole chicken. The hwanggeum tongdak is roasted with garlic rice and a mushroom stuffing inside the bird, and golbaengi somyeon is served alongside. The chicken comes out tender down to the breast, with the fat rendered off for a clean flavor. Oi muchim is the signature side dish.
