Cham Sut Ggomjangeo

Cham Sut Ggomjangeo is a restaurant near Sindang Station in Seoul that grills deunggalbi, ggomjangeo, and dwaejikkori over charcoal. The deunggalbi comes in salt or seasoned versions, parboiled and pre-grilled, then scored before serving. On weekday evenings after 6:30, a wait forms, and the pre-grilled deunggalbi is finished over the charcoal at the table. The charcoal burns hot and the rising fat makes the fire and smoke strong, so grilling takes some effort.
