Baekyeom Makchang

Baeyeom Makchang is a Daegu-style makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in an alley near Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul. It ages and pre-grills 100% domestic Daegu makchang with blended salt and serves it with soybean makchang sauce. The makchang needs only a light grill, and warm kongbiji comes with it by default. Chewy kimchi-mari noodles and jeotgal bokkeumbap finish the meal.
