Toriaezu

Toriaezu is a Japanese-style izakaya in the Sangindong alley of Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled skewers and highballs. The tsukune is dipped in a soft-boiled egg yolk, and the skewers come straight off the charcoal grill. Highballs and draft beer are also served. The space is not large, so a wait forms during peak hours.
