Seongwon Sikpum

Seongwon Sikpum is an old gamaekjip on the Seun Sangga line in Euljiro, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled LA galbi, cheonggukjang, and ojingeo bokkeum. The owner grills the LA galbi over charcoal outside and brings it to the table on a platter, with a light smoky scent and seasoning that is not sweet. After it appeared on broadcast, the menu available to order became limited, waits grew longer, and card payment became possible. A single adult portion of LA galbi is on the small side.
