Saseum is a one-chef bar in Seoul that serves traditional liquor with dishes such as yurin-gi, galbi-jjim, and fried rice cooked in the galbi-jjim broth. At lunch it serves dwaeji-gukbap, and in the evening the one chef cooks in an open kitchen. The space is not large, so guests share a central table and seating is somewhat tight.
