Myeongdong Sookhee

Myeongdong Sukhee is a speakeasy bar on the fourth floor of the Starbucks building next to Myeongdong Cathedral in Myeongdong, Seoul. It serves Korean-style cocktails and a range of other drinks, blending seasonal fruit to order for layered signature cocktails and offering mac and cheese with aged kimchi as a bar snack, limited to 10 plates a day. Reservations through CatchTable allow immediate seating, and table seats require a bottle order or one drink per hour. The snacks and cocktails taste good, but the food portions are on the small side.
