Maljillo is a small Korean raw fish bar in an alley near Sindang Station in Seoul, serving aged hoe and seasonal seafood. The menu includes aged yellowtail hoe, a seafood spread, chamsole clam steam, and seafood ramen with scallops and mussels. The room fills even in the early evening, and on weekday evenings the wait can run about an hour, so a reservation is needed. A plate of tangerines comes as the basic setting, and the aged hoe can be wrapped in gim and eaten like sushi.
