Jimppa Sindang

Jimppa Sindang is a small bar in Sindang, Seoul, that serves Korean drinks including makgeolli, soju, cheongju and whisky. It carries handmade makgeolli and honey wine from small producers, along with bottles labelled with tasting notes. Staff will pour tastings of several drinks on request and explain the types and how they are made. The space is small.
