Hoeseongdaek is an izakaya in Chungmuro, Seoul, that serves aged hoe and sashimi. It offers aged octopus hoe made from East Sea octopus weighing over 4kg, limited-quantity raw shrimp sashimi, and straw-smoked Spanish mackerel sashimi.
