Gyehwa Sindang Branch

Gyehwa Sindang is a bar three minutes from Sindang Station Exit 3, serving mushroom cream nurungji tongdak and pasta. The whole chicken is roasted over oak firewood for 90 minutes, then set over nutritious glutinous rice and crisp nurungji with a mushroom cream sauce on the side. It arrives on a hot plate so it stays warm to the end, and ordering is possible with a Japanese menu. The chicken takes 40 minutes to come out.
