Finskly

Pinskai is a rooftop bar in Seoul where people drink while looking out over the city. It is presented as a place to have a drink together with the night view. At sunset, guests use the window seats in the 12th-floor lounge, and after the sun goes down they use the 13th-floor rooftop. The high-floor space looks out over the night view of northern Seoul.
