Beyond Concrete is a wine bar near Euljiro and Chungmuro in Seoul that serves instant tteokbokki during the day and wine at night. The tteokbokki comes in three types — dak tteokbokki, chadol tteokbokki, and daechang (beef large intestine) tteokbokki — with three spice levels and a range of toppings to choose from. The space is large, orders arrive quickly, and the meal can be finished with bokkeum bap. The tteokbokki pop-up opens only during lunch hours.
