Yonghwa Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant in Incheon. Its signature dishes are bokkeum bap and tangsuyuk, and the bokkeum bap comes with a fried egg on top. It opened in 1972, and there are cases of waiting more than 30 minutes even when arriving at 5:05 in the evening. The bokkeum bap is oily, so eating it on its own can become tiresome quickly.
