Yeoune Hoetjip

Yeoune Hoejip is a hoe restaurant in Buksungpo, Incheon. It serves aged flounder hoe with scallops, sea squirts, and live octopus, along with house-made cho-gochujang, and finishes the meal with maeuntang. The flounder is served aged rather than live. Land reclamation in front of the port means the sunset is no longer as beautiful as it once was.
